So, what exactly is CEE Freiraum?

CEE FREIRAUM is an initiative of FITT and SCE GmbH. An initiative designed and implemented in such a way to build a support system for young start-ups to learn, grow and ultimately succeed. It is guided by its founding organizations FITT and SCE GmbH.

What is our mission?

We want to offer help to the most promising start-ups to enter the international market.

What is our goal?

Our goal is to help Universities, incubators and ultimately start-ups develop their ideas more easily in order to enter international markets. To achieve this we provide Universities, incubators, and individuals with our experience, industry contacts, as well as access to our international network.

Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship

SCE is an entrepreneurship center, located in Munich, with the goal to nurture entrepreneurial thinking and action through education and business start-up support measures. SCE Startup support is about providing assistance to individuals pursuing their own entrepreneurial ventures. Experienced consultants are provided along with work space at the university incubator, a project budget and access to outside experts for addressing special issues. Support is available for business ideas of any type or in any industry: products, services, high-tech or low-tech, software or hardware. Alongside general start-up consulting, SCE provides regularly qualification and network events and offers special assistance to entrepreneurial teams in the SCE Start-up League.

Foundation for Innovation, Technology and Transfer of knowledge

Foundation for Innovation, Technology and Transfer of knowledge is an independent organization whose purpose is primarily to and support young people in the field of robotics, technological and social innovation. DKR transfers Know-How and provides applicable training in advanced technologies like automation and robotics. Support and development of technological and social innovations, through networking and partnership development with educational and research institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises, public institutions and civil society actors in the CEE region as a task that FITT recognizes and continuously works on achieving the set goals.

INNOVATION CAFÉ is a unique event, during which, start-ups will have an opportunity to share their innovation and business ideas in front of investors, institutions, companies, and students. Each start-up will have 3 minutes to pitch their business idea to the audience, which will have a chance to recognize and connect with ideas of their interest. After the official part of presentations, start-ups, investors, and an audience will have time for networking and developing further cooperation.

Special guest of Innovation Café No.3 will be Emir Pašić. He received his B.S. degree in IT and B.S. (Honors) in Computer Science from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. After obtaining his degrees, Emir continued his education in Japan and got his M.S. degree in Information Technology from Kyoto College of Graduate Studies for Informatics in Japan, focusing on artificial intelligence and its practical applications.
